Our Mission
The Goodwill mission

Goodwill's Commercial Services Division provides quality, reliable, on-time outsourcing services to assist companies with their production and assembly needs. While ensuring that we meet or exceed customers' requirements, Goodwill also employs a significant number of people with disabilities and others who have limited vocational opportunities.

Individuals are hired as employees of Goodwill and may work in a variety of settings. The goal is to provide individuals with training, skills and work experience and when they are ready, help them transition into other jobs that will enhance their economic self-sufficiency.

Basic Principles We Follow In All Our Work

Respect for people: We strive to treat everyone in a respectful manner.

Customer satisfaction: We strive to meet or exceed the expectations of customers, donors and users of our services have with us.

Informed decision-making: We gather useful information and, to the extent possible, make decisions based on facts.

Innovation and improvement: We continuously seek better ways to grow, improve, and increase our impact.

Good stewardship: We are responsible stewards of all our resources.
