Staff Biographies

Jim Humphrey, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Humphrey has more than 23 years of manufacturing and supply-chain experience. He joined Goodwill Industries in 2000. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility for Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer products company, in Indiana, Ohio, New York and Thailand. Humphrey has a bachelor's degree in industrial management from Purdue University and is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Jim Siller, CMfgT, Plant Manager
Siller has been the plant manager at the Commercial Services Division since February 2007 after joining Goodwill Industries as an industrial engineer in 2004. Jim has 16 years experience in manufacturing and warehousing operations. He has demonstrated successes in the continuous improvement process and has a strong ability to problem solve, resulting in numerous human and technological improvements. Siller earned a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from Ball State University and has been a certified manufacturing technologist since 1999.

Frank Langan, QMR, Director of Operations
Langan has more than 25 years experience implementing and managing commercial and federal government manufacturing and service contracts for Goodwill Industries. During that time, he has led numerous start-up operations ranging from packaging, sewing, woodworking and manufacturing. As Quality Management Representative (QMR), he was project manager leading the efforts resulting in ISO 9001:2008 registration. Langan has a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Indianapolis. 

Larry Stanton, Production Control Manager
Stanton joined the Commercial Services Division as the production control manager in February 2008. He has more than 20 years experience in operations and supply chain management in a variety of industries, including medical device manufacturing, commercial printing and precision grinding. He has extensive experience with the ISO 9001:2008 process as well as the AS 9100 aerospace certification. Stanton has an undergraduate degree in industrial management from Purdue University and a master's in business administration from Indiana State University. While residing in Kennett, Missouri, Stanton served as president of the Chamber of Commerce as well as on the board of directors for United Way.

Steve Tucker
, Manufacturing Engineer
Tucker joined Goodwill Industries in September, 2008. With more than 15 years experience in process analysis, Kaizen, standard work development, and project management, Tucker provides technical support for new projects, process improvements and time studies.  Specializing in lean manufacturing implementation, he has held engineering and leadership positions in a variety of manufacturing industries. Steve graduated from Purdue University with a degree in mechanical engineering technology and holds numerous training certificates in lean manufacturing, 8D Root Cause Problem Solving, SPC, and Six Sigma.

Rebecca Gibson, Quality Assurance Supervisor
Gibson has more than 16 years experience in automotive manufacturing. During that time, Gibson was involved in managing internal auditing processes, performing internal quality audits, and served as a resource for root cause analysis, corrective action and preventative action planning. She is a Certified ISO Lead Quality Auditor. Gibson has an associate's degree from Northwood University in business management.
