Our Mission

Goodwill's Commercial Services Division provides quality, reliable, on-time outsourcing services to assist companies with their production and assembly needs. While ensuring that we meet or exceed customers' requirements, Goodwill also employs a significant number of people with disabilities and others who have had limited vocational opportunities.

Individuals are hired as employees of Goodwill and may work in a variety of settings. The goal is to provide individuals with training, skills and work experience, and when they are ready, help them transition into other jobs that will enhance their economic self-sufficiency.

Basic Principles We Follow In All Our Work

Respect for people - We strive to treat everyone in a respectful manner.

Customer satisfaction - We strive to exceed the expectations of customers, donors, and users of our services.

Informed decision-making - We gather useful information and make decisions based on facts.

Continuous improvement - We continuously seek better ways to do our work and accomplish our mission.

Good stewardship - We are responsible stewards of all our resources.
