Goodwill Provides Production Floor Efficiency

EHOB was facing a backlog of orders and needed to free up its floor space to expand to other production capabilities. The company saw that Goodwill Commercial Services offered a timely solution to its problems which allowed it to concentrate on what it does best.

Why Goodwill
From the start, EHOB was very pleased with the quality and fast turn-around service that Goodwill offered. Outsourcing to Goodwill, EHOB freed up sufficient floor space to install new product lines in its facility.

How the partnership started
Having visited the Commercial Services facility many years before, and being impressed with the overall operation then, EHOB approached Goodwill in July 2008 to help with its production needs. The production work has blossomed and is now averaging 6,000 mattresses and 3,000 cushions per week.

Efficiency improvements on EHOB's own production floor by outsourcing part of its production process to Goodwill.
