Our Mission 



Goodwill provides goal-oriented, systematic and supportive services to help employees and program participants to be successful outcome. We link people with community resources in order to help them increase their employment potential and opportunities. We have decades of experience supporting individuals with disabilities as well as those coming out of the criminal justice system, many of whom are enrolled in our successful New Beginnings program.

Our Team

  • Jim Humphrey
  • Jim Humphrey, Vice President

    Jim has more than 30 years of manufacturing and supply-chain experience. He joined Goodwill in 2000. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility for Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer products company, in Indiana, Ohio, New York and Thailand. Jim has experience in implementing and leading quality systems, ERP systems, new product/process start-ups, and lean manufacturing practices. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial management from Purdue University and is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Warehouse Education and Resource Council (WERC).


  • Derek Saul
  • Derek Saul, Manufacturing Engineer

    Derek joined Goodwill Commercial Services in June 2016, bringing with him a diverse automotive background spanning 12 years with roles in project engineering, machine design and construction, quality and testing. Derek’s experience includes AIAG documentation and processes, Nissan’s ANPQP documentation, testing to FMVSS, ECE, ANSI, SAE and ASTM specifications, as well as TS16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems management. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from IUPUI.


  • Donny Brown
  • Donny Brown, Manufacturing Manager

    ​Donny joined Goodwill Commercial Services in November of 2014 bringing with him nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing. Prior to Goodwill, he held the Plant Manager position at Wood-Mizer in Indianapolis where highly automated equipment was designed and engineered. Donny's experience includes steel fabrication, CNC equipment, welding, painting system, electronics, blade manufacturing and packaging. During his time at Wood-Mizer, Brown implemented a quality system that controlled annually 25 million feet of blade material.


  • Rebecca Gibson
  • Rebecca Gibson, Quality Manager

    Rebecca joined Goodwill Commercial Services in December of 2008 and has worked as a quality professional since 2000. Prior to working at Goodwill, she spent 16 years in automotive manufacturing gaining experience with PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D Resolution, Corrective and Preventive Actions, ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, Lean Manufacturing, Managing Change and Internal Auditing. Rebecca has an Associate degree in Business Management from Northwood University. She is a certified Lead Auditor and holds ASQ certifications for ASQ-CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) and ASQ-CQIA (Certified Quality Improvement Associate).


  • Craig Leeke
  • Craig Leeke, Director, Plant Manager

    Craig Leek joined Goodwill Commercial Services in February 2015, bringing experience in a variety of industries, including automotive, chemical manufacturing, auto racing and manufacturing automation. Craig's 30 years of experience includes engineering, management, technical sales/service and project management, including both international and domestic manufacturing. He developed a new technology and founded a business to market a cryogenic treatment to improve performance of a variety of components in racing and general industry. Craig has been employed with PPG Corporation, Nippon Oil and ITW Ransburg. Additionally, he has operated his own engineering consulting business to support manufacturers for project startup and project management activities. Craig is a Purdue University graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering technology.


  • Dave Presser
  • Dave Presser, Supply Chain Manager

    Dave Presser joined Goodwill Commercial Services in November 2017, bringing over 25 years of logistics and supply chain experience in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Goodwill, Dave was the Director of Warehouse and Transportation for Craftmark Bakery in Indianapolis where he was part of the management team that launched the company from startup to over 250 employees. His professional background also includes 3PL experience and manufacturers such as Bunn-O-Matic, Knauf Insulation and Diamond Chain. Dave holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Webster University. He has also earned his Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
